    Need to be better

    Many people have lengthy years of service and high rank but they are incompetent, they cannot progress to anywhere.

    Many people have superior intelligent but without sufficient experience, they cannot outperform others in career.
    It takes not only time to become competent but also consistent efforts.
    Let's focus on the thing we do and get real better.

    your 1st 2 lines are very true...cos I see them in some of my senior colleagues and I wonder how the heck did they raise to that rank? Maybe perhaps they stayed too long here and the higher ups see that as commitment and loyalty so just raise them to the rank now...
